Large Weddings

The Summer Marquee, this is our flagship reception space and makes a perfect large wedding venue in Essex. We have a standing capacity of 3000, or a generous seated dining capacity of 1100 wedding guests for your big day. This multi-use permanent marquee was recently renovated with dedicated bars, cloakroom, kitchen, lighting and AV built in. Private toilets have also just been added to this amazing large wedding venue. It is the closest venue to the main site entrance and can be set-up in a variety of layouts.

This space is phenomenal for dining up to 300 guests on one side and entertaining up to 800 on the other. Also suitable for blessings and celebrant ceremonies with a seated capacity of 2000 with an aisle. It is heated, carpeted, and fully draped, creating an elegant and comfortable entertaining area for any kind of larger wedding.  It also boasts a spacious private terrace, cover, and outside seating which makes it ideal for people wanting a bit of air during the event regardless of the weather. It has excellent power and internet provisions built in, so lighting, DJs, bands, and dancefloors have plenty of room and power to create a spectacular evening.
