All vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. The expiry date will be shown on the voucher.
Vouchers can be used to purchase, or partially purchase admission tickets and hospitality packages for any Chelmsford City Racecourse event or raceday.
Once you have decided on a raceday or Chelmsford City Racecourse event that you would like to book, you call our ticket office on 01245 360300 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to purchase your tickets, making sure to quote your voucher reference number.
We do not offer extensions on vouchers; they must be used within the validity period.
No, once tickets are purchased there are no refunds or transfers.
Our vouchers, and tickets cannot be transferred to another date, and are non-refundable.
No, tickets cannot be purchased on the day of events at the ticket office. Tickets must be pre-booked by calling or emailing the ticket office.

No, vouchers cannot be used to pay for bar tabs, or purchase food and drinks. Vouchers can only be used to purchase admission tickets or hospitality packages in advance.
At this time our vouchers cannot be used for tickets or packages for any Clockwork Orange events.
Our vouchers are not valid at any event that is operated or run-in conjunction with a third party. If you have a specific question as to whether you can use your voucher to purchase tickets to an event, or a hospitality package for an event, please contact the ticket office.
