Do you hire your outdoor space at all?

Yes! We have a large amount of outside space on-site and can hire this according to your requirements. Please get in touch with the events team directly for more information on your external options.

Can we bring our own teambuilding suppliers for our away day?

Yes, provided they supply us with the required documentation to operate safely and with the correct insurances and indemnities, you are welcome to use your preferred suppliers for activities on-site. More information on the requirements is available from the events team.

When do I have to pay for my event?

All events require a 50% deposit payment at the point of contract signature. The remaining 50% is due on/by 30 days prior to the date of your event. This allows numbers and requirements to change and the final balance to be amended accordingly.

Do you offer any teambuilding packages?

Our raceday entertaining packages are perfect for a corporate away day. You would have an exclusive area in the morning for your event, with breakfast and lunch provided for guests followed by an afternoon of racing and a wonderful dinner in your own private area.

Do you have to pay for parking at the venue?

No! We have free parking for over 1000 vehicles on-site.
