What is the largest capacity for a meeting at the racecourse?

Our largest space, the Summer Marquee, can seat 700 cabaret style, 1000 theatre-style or 2000 for a standing reception.

Do you offer an hourly rate or DDR?

Not currently. We can offer far greater flexibility and value for money via our bespoke event packages.

Can you provide A.V. and technical equipment for my event?

Yes. We have a wide range of projectors, screens, speakers, microphones and technical equipment available to hire directly. Speak to your event manager for more information.

Do you have to pay for parking at the venue?

No! We have free parking for over 1000 vehicles on-site.

Do you offer disabled access / accessible facilities?

Yes, all of our spaces are fully accessible and we have disabled toilets available in both internal and external areas on-site.
