Conference Venue Essex

Chelmsford City Racecourse is an ideal location for conferences near London. Set in the Essex countryside, but only a mere 15 minutes from Stansted Airport and adjacent to the A131, the venue is well-connected. With more than 1,000 car parking spaces and the ability to park coaches for the venue is exceptionally accessible.

In addition to our flexibility and superior facilities, we provide amenities such as Wifi, in-house AV hire (saving time, effort and money) and excellent food.

Chelmsford Racecourse has fast become a sought-after venue for conferences. With a capacity of up to 20,000, plentiful car parking and close proximity to Stansted Airport, our vast racecourse provides a versatile venue that offers both indoor and outdoor event spaces.

An ideal venue near London, there are several restaurants on-site and an in-house catering team cater to your needs. Our events team is also able to assist with technical requirements, providing TV screens and other facilities.

Do you offer onsite parking?

Yes, we have a large car park that is available to our guests free of charge for 1,000 cars.

Do you offer stationary for our event?

Yes, we can provide branded CCR notepads & pens for £5 per person.

Do you have AV available in-house?

Yes, we can hire projectors, screens, delay screens, speakers and microphones. Please discuss your requirements with your event manager for more details.

Is there disabled access onsite?

Yes, all of our spaces (apart from the Owners & Trainers Suite) are fully accessible with disabled toilets available.
