We have capacity for up to 20,000 guests depending on the venue chosen. Our Queen Charlotte Marquee is perfect for conferences and gala dinners and holds up to 300 people. The Queen Charlotte Marquee has the ability to be transformed however you please our in-house event managers are with you every step of the way including the day of the event where they are available throughout to help in any way.
Our Summer Marquee is the ideal location for conventions and exhibitions and offers dining for 700 guests and 2,000 standing guests. It is our largest year round marquee offering a fully flexible space. It is the most convenient location on the racecourse being located immediately on the right as guests enter the site. The Summer Marquee offers a diverse range of catering options, from breakfast and light lunches through to mouth watering fine-dining and banqueting.
The grandstand is great for meeting room hires and team building days in Essex, offering a massive capacity that can be transformed into how you please.
