Get ready to party as the iconic Ministry of Sound makes its triumphant return to Chelmsford City Racecourse on August 31, 2024, immediately following a thrilling day of racing.
Ministry of Sound Ibiza Anthems with Ellie Sax & Friends is a new live show featuring seven talented musicians led by Ellie Sax, presenting reimagined versions of classic dance tracks that originated in Ibiza.
The performance takes the audience on a journey through the island's party scene, from pool parties to sunset lounges and superclubs. Ministry of Sound brings the essence of Ibiza to the UK without the need for travel. The show includes iconic tracks from artists like Faithless, Eric Prydz, and Daft Punk. Ministry of Sound, a legendary venue in London, known for its pivotal role in the 1990s house music scene, collaborates with Ellie Sax to narrate the story of dance music and Ibiza.
Ellie Sax, a renowned saxophonist in the dance music scene, has performed worldwide, from New Year's Eve in the Maldives to club appearances in cities like New York, Marbella, and soon Chelmsford.
Please note, there are no children’s tickets available for this event. Under 18’s can attend, but will need to purchase a full priced ticket. Tickets must be purchased in advance and will not be available at our ticket office on the day.
