Good Friday Festival Design Competition: Showcase Your Creativity!

Join in our Good Friday competition to design a unique jockey racing silk. Unleash your imagination, embrace the holiday spirit, and create a design that captures the joy and excitement of easter!

Task

Design a one of a kind jockey racing silk that incorporates Easter elements. Your creation should stand out and reflect the joy of Easter while maintaining the traditional essence of racing silks.

Entries can be submitted using the template provided or be an original drawing/design. You can use any artistic materials of your choice, whether it’s coloured pencils, crafts, digital tools or a combination. Feel free to experiment!

How to Enter

There are two ways to enter…

Either post a picture of your design to Facebook or Instagram tagging us in your post OR send a photo or scanned image of the design to info@chelmsfordcityracecourse.com.

Please include your name and age on your submission. The deadline for entries is midnight on the 18th March 2025.

Judging Criteria

Entries will be judged on creativity, originality and adherence to the easter theme. Shortlisted designs will be shared on our social media channels with followers invited to vote for their favourite.

Competition Prize

A winners certificate and presentation
General admission tickets to our Good Friday Family Festival for the winner and their family
A tour of the racecourse for their school class (for relevant age groups)
