Chelmsford City Racecourse Hosts Tattersalls Online Breeze-Up

Chelmsford City Racecourse marked an exciting milestone on Tuesday 21 May. Partnering with Europe’s leading bloodstock auctioneer, Tattersalls by staging its first Online Breeze-Up. This event follows the success of the inaugural Tattersalls Online Breeze-Up Session held at Dundalk in 2023.

The event featured nine lots, including a wildcard entry, showcasing their talents on the renowned all-weather track. Enthusiasts and stakeholders eagerly watched as these promising horses galloped, with each performance recorded. Breeze footage and times will be made available on the Tattersalls online website on Thursday, 30 May, ensuring transparency and accessibility for all interested parties. The lots were below.

Spectators attended the breezes at Chelmsford which started at 10am with all lots avaliable for viewing on the day and prospective buyers encouraged to arrange pre-sale inspections of any lot prior to the sale.

“Following the success of the chelmsford event, the next Breeze-Up will take place at Dundalk Stadium on Tuesday 28 May, featuring 39 lots. This upcoming event promises to be interesting, with a larger selection of horses on display.
