Easter Egg Hunt – March 2026
1. Chelmsford City Racecourse (whose registered office is Moulsham Hall Lane, Great Leighs, Chelmsford, Essex CM3 1PZ is the promoter of June 2026 Activation (the “Golden Easter Egg Hunt”).
2. Entrants must be aged 18 or over, proof of age will be required upon entry .
3. By redeeming the Prize, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Conditions”) and confirm that all information submitted is true, accurate and complete. Chelmsford City Racecourse reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any and all entrants and may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any entrant that fails to satisfy the eligibility requirements. Entrants shall at all times act in good faith towards Chelmsford City Racecourse and the Prize.
4. Employees of Chelmsford City Racecourse or any of its associated companies or subsidiaries (and their families) are excluded from collecting a Prize Voucher.
5. In order to redeem the Prize, the customer must enter the unique discount code contained within the golden egg when purchasing the specific product it is related to.
6. The Prize is non-transferable. Please note that the lead booker/winner of this package must be over 18 years old, and standard racecourse terms apply to each experience. The voucher is valid for the date shown only or for the timescale stated and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. All vouchers have no monetary exchange value and cannot be used to upgrade a racecourse visit.
7. Only the Winner will receive any communication from Chelmsford City Racecourse.
8. Chelmsford City Racecourse reserves the right to cancel or amend the Prize Draw or these conditions without notice when reasonably necessary for the purpose of administering the Prize.
9. The Prize, together with these Conditions, is governed by the laws of England and Wales and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
