Chelmsford City Racecourse is the ideal location for conferences near London. Set in the Essex countryside, but only a mere 15 minutes from Stansted Airport and close to the A131, the venue is well-connected and close to everything you may need. Our guest car park can facilitate over 600 vehicles including the ability to park coaches. An additional car park is available to clients and suppliers for easy access, load in and load out purposes.
As well as an superior venue we provide some exceptional amenities such as Wi-Fi, in-house AV hire and excellent food and drink options.

We were very pleased with how the conference went and would like to express our thanks for all your hard work in making it run smoothly. The food was amazing, and the catering staff worked really hard in serving everyone. We are grateful for your presence on the day efficiently dealing with any issues, we could of not asked for more.
