A truly unforgettable day for racing enthusiasts, we offer the unique experience of hosting your wedding in a beautiful private venue amongst all the excitement of a raceday!

There are many elements to this offering to create something incredible, including personalised use of our outdoor digital billboards (and many indoor screens), a private tipster talk and a televised interview with our Raceday Presenter (should you want to). We provide a completely exclusive venue for you and your guests, but you also have full access to the rest of the site. You have your own private betting facilities, private bar, lavatories and terrace with cover and seating. Creative photography opportunities are available to you during your Raceday Wedding. Including privileged access to the heart of the racecourse in the Parade Ring for one of a kind couple photos. Capture an unforgettable group photo on your private terrace as the horses are galloping across the final straight, encompassing the liveliness of a raceday.

The Queen Charlotte

The Queen Charlotte is a wonderful space for up to 300 guests seated, situated on the finishing line, this is a wonderful fully equipped private space to host this special occasion. Featuring a brand-new beautiful emerald green art-deco bar and a private wraparound terrace with un-parelled views, this is a more intimate option for entertaining your guests. Perfect for racing enthusiasts who may wish to host their wedding on a raceday.

The Icing on the Cake

We can arrange early access for florists, suppliers and décor so your venue looks incredible with plenty of time to spare. We can also arrange for a race to be named after you, this goes out on live TV and is featured in all of the printed materials and commentary on the day. You will be presented with a bespoke engraved trophy as a memento of your special day, this is provided along with complimentary champagne in the winning connections box as you judge the best turned-out horse for your race. We can even help you with arrival on a horse and carriage for the ultimate reception entrance!

With privileged access to the site, you and your guests can keep the party going and dance the night away after the racing finishes and the public have left the remainder of the site.

Bigger is better

The Summer Marquee

To entertain a larger group of guests, our recently renovated Summer Marquee will seat up to 1100 guests. This multi-use permanent marquee is decorated with two full length dedicated bars, cloakroom, kitchen, lighting and AV screens. Private toilets are also being added to this space due to complete in May 2023. As one of the largest spaces in the whole of Essex, this truly impressive space provides a luxurious entertaining environment for you and your guests.
