For racing enthusiasts there is also an opportunity to host a celebration on a raceday for a truly unique experience.

Can you cater for dietary requirements?

Yes, our incredible in-house caterers can cook delicious global cuisine and can cater to any and all dietary requirements.

Do you host 18th / 21st birthday parties at the racecourse?

No, I’m afraid we don’t host 18th or 21st birthday parties, proms, leavers balls or graduation parties.

Can I decorate the venue and bring balloons?

Provided your event is on a non-raceday, balloons should be fine. Helium balloons must be tethered securely. You are welcome to decorate your hired space for your event, for more information on options and access time, please speak to your event manager.

Can I bring my own catering?

We do not allow outside caterers to operate on-site. Our wonderful catering team will be able to provide everything you love!

Can I bring my own entertainment?

We do have a list of excellent entertainment suppliers we regularly work with, but you may be able to bring your own entertainment. Please speak to your event manager to discuss this in advance of your event.
