One of our standout venues is the Queen Charlotte Marquee, which accommodates up to 300 guests and includes its own fully equipped kitchen. Our Summer Marquee is one of our most flexible spaces and can be transformed in a multitude of ways, with room for 900 dining guests or 3,000 standing guests it is our flagship event space. Sure to impress your guests.

I am looking to celebrate my birthday here is this possible?

Yes, we offer many different options for celebrations here at Chelmsford City Racecourse whether you would like to visit on a raceday and have dinner we can help organise this for you. Or if you are thinking of something bigger you can rent out any of our spaces and with our help you can celebrate your birthday in style with dining options available.

Do you offer a DDR rate?

We do not currently offer a DDR structure as we’re able to offer clients more flexibility and value for money via our itemised bespoke packages.

Do you offer onsite parking?

Yes, we have a large car park that is available to our guests free of charge for 600 cars.

Do you have AV available in-house?

Yes, we can hire projectors, screens, delay screens, speakers and microphones. Please discuss your requirements with your event manager for more details.

Is there disabled access onsite?

Yes, all of our spaces (apart from the Owners & Trainers Suite) are fully accessible with disabled toilets available.
