The Grandstand

The Lobby & Sports Bar
Our Lobby, the centre of the grandstand, is an ideal space to welcome and register your guests, perfectly located for breaks and networking. On the right is our Sports Bar, a popular choice for conferences and exhibitions. The built-in partition provides further adaptability to create two rooms within the space.

The Fairwood Brassiere
The Fairwood Brasserie, located to the left of our lobby, is an attractive dining space, perfect for hosting lunch, particularly when your event is taking place directly across in the Sports Bar. The built in buffet counter provides a seamless service and the optional partition wall also makes this space ideal for breakout spaces.

The Club Restaurant and Lounge

The Summer Marquee
Our largest, year-round marquee is a fully flexible space that can comfortably accommodate up to 900 guests seated or 3,000 standing. Making it the perfect venue for a diverse range of events, from grand celebrations to corporate gatherings, fully equipped with two toilet blocks, 2 full length bars and a kitchen. This expansive marquee is designed to adapt to your specific needs, ensuring that every occasion is executed flawlessly.

The Queen Charlotte Marquee
This spectacular marquee provides everything you could want for a successful event for groups from 100 to 300 guests, inclusive of private toilets, kitchen and a dazzling Art Deco bar. With a wonderful wraparound private terrace overlooking the final straight and brand-new kitchen and bar facilities for everyone to enjoy, the Queen Charlotte is our most popular marquee venue, perfect for raceday celebrations for under 300 guests.
