For regular visitors to the racecourse, our new annual pass offers admission to 12 months* of racing for just £99, this year that’s just £2.50 per fixture.

If you’re not yet a regular visitor, the annual pass makes it easy to become one. By making racing a regular fixture of your social calendar, you can enjoy more nights out, more time with friends, more action, more winners, and more memories. You’ll also receive a free racecard on each visit, access to reciprocal racedays and sporting fixtures, and six guest passes to bring friends and family.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers for Chelmsford City Racecourse are available in £10, £25, £50, £100, and £200 denominations. For other amounts, call 01245 360300. Vouchers are non-refundable and valid for 12 months from purchase. They can be used for admission and hospitality packages at Chelmsford City Racecourse events, excluding third-party events

How long is a voucher valid for?

All vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. The expiry date will be shown on the voucher. Please note we do not offer extensions on vouchers; they must be used within the validity period.

What can I use a voucher for?

Vouchers can be used to purchase, or partially purchase admission tickets and hospitality packages for any Chelmsford City Racecourse event or raceday.

How do I book?

Once you have decided on a raceday or Chelmsford City Racecourse event that you would like to book, you call our ticket office on 01245 360300 or email info@chelmsfordcityracecourse.com to purchase your tickets, making sure to quote your voucher reference number.

I have used my voucher to book tickets to an event and I now cannot attend. Can I get a refund?

No, once tickets are purchased there are no refunds or transfers.

I have used my voucher to book tickets for an event, but I have changed my mind. What can I do?

Our vouchers, and tickets cannot be transferred to another date, and are non-refundable.

Can I purchase tickets on the day using a voucher?

No, tickets cannot be purchased on the day of events at the ticket office. Tickets must be pre-booked by calling or emailing the ticket office.

No, vouchers cannot be used to pay for bar tabs, or purchase food and drinks. Vouchers can only be used to purchase admission tickets or hospitality packages in advance.
