Operations & Racing Assistant

Chelmsford City Racecourse is looking for an operations & racing assistant who will be supporting in the management and organisation of all aspects of the racecourse operations. Ensuring all organisational, statutory and non-statutory health and safety requirements are met. Monitor and review racecourse standards and take appropriate action to rectify adverse trends. Work closely with the Clerk of the Course on specific racing/raceday responsibilities. Catering, commercial and private events equipment set ups/down and the management of all furniture and AV equipment.

Commercial Events Manager

Chelmsford City Racecourse, the UK’s newest racecourse, is looking for a Commercial Events Manager to help create and assist in a wide variety of commercial events while developing the racecourse into one of the most versatile venues in the UK.

The Commercial Events Manager is a key role in the design and delivery of a range of events and experiences at Chelmsford City Racecourse. The position manages a number of areas, from concerts and festivals to activities and entertainment, both on racedays and outside racing.
