Please see below for all of your frequently asked questions regarding Clockstock 2021.

If I purchased a ticket to Clockstock 2020, is it still valid for 2021?

Yes, you will recieve a confirmation of your new booking via email.

What will happen if social distancing is still in place?

The Clockstock experience doesn’t work without full freedom. The event will be cancelled.

If the event is cancelled, will I receive a refund?

In the unfortunate event that Clockstock is cancelled, customers will receive a full refund for their tickets within 30 working days of the announcement.

In line with the government's most recent guidelines, our racecourse is closed to the public at this current time. Some of our team continue to work from home and are contactable via mobile phone and email. All of our team are well aware of what they need to do if they develop coronavirus symptoms. We also strongly urge you to follow all of the latest official public health advice. 

Are tickets refundable?

Under normal circumstances tickets are non-refundable or transferrable.

When will I receive my tickets?

Tickets for Clockstock will be emailed out six weeks prior to the event.

What should I do if I have not recieved my tickets?

‚ÄčIf you have not received your tickets, please email us at info@chelmsfordcityracecourse.com and a member of our team will be happy to help.

Is Clockstock a cashless event?

Yes, Clockstock is a cashless event. You will be able to use your card, mobile phone or alternatively purchase a pre-paid card (with cash) across the whole site.

What happens if I buy a pre-paid card and there is credit remaining after the event?

You will be able to claim a refund for any remaining credit from the same point that you purchased it from.

Will there be plenty of food?

Yes! There will be a huge range of food in two areas covering all tastes and dietary requirements.

Will there be plenty of toilets?

Toilets are within a short distance of every stage and we have enough to avoid queuing.

Are there medical facilities on the site?

We have a hospital, medical room and two welfare areas that will be all fully staffed by medical healthcare professionals as well as ambulances onsite

Is there a cloakroom on the site?

Secure lockers will be available on the site, these can be booked in advance on the website.

What time is last admission?

There will be no admission after 7pm.

Where do I park?

Instructions on which car park to use will be included on the email that we will send containing your tickets.

Can I leave my car there?

Yes, the Blue Car Park will close at 1.30am and the Red Car Park at midnight, both will re-open at 7am the following morning.

Is there a bus service?

Yes, there will be a return shuttle service from Chelmsford Station and return coaches from surrounding towns. All details are on the ticket page on our website.  

Do we need to inform the racecourse if we have hired a coach?

You don’t have to, but it does help us plan the parking!

What happens if it rains?

There are covered areas around the site, if it is forecast we will take measures to cope with it and provide as much cover as possible. However, this is an outdoor event so please ensure that you dress appropriately.
